Master project: 3 ADV for an app "keep calm" (not exisisting name) to mix and listen sound to relax and sleep. For these ADVs I have started to studied the sounds which gives relax to brain and help people to sleep. In the visual I have applied two concept: images of nature which gives the sensation of a wide breathe and three colors used in the cromotherapy green, blue and purple. These colors belong to the three phases of sleep, from the "light" sleep to deep one. I have leaved more space to the images, and a few space for the three simple words that invite people only to stop and relax. The waves lines in the background are the sound spectrum of the three sleeping phases: alpha waves, delta waves, theta waves.

Progetto master: 3 adv per un app "keep calm" (nome non esistente) per mixare ed ascoltare suoni per rilassarsi e dormire- Per questi ADVs sono partita studiando i suoni che incentivano il rilassamento aiutano e persone nel prendere sonno. Nel visual ho applicato due concetti: immagini naturali che danno la sensazione di un ampio respiro, e tre colori usati nella cromoterapia verde, blu, viola. Questi colori appartengono alle tre fasi del sonno, dal leggero a profondo. Ho lasciato più  spazio alle immagini, rispetto al copy che è  volutamente minimale con le tre parole che sono un invito per le persone che lo osservano a fermarsi e rilassarsi. Le linee a forma di onde sullo sfondo dietro il copy sono lo spettro sonoro delle tre fasi del sonno: onde alfa, onde delta, onde teta.
